Port is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to support our demand generation efforts. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, this hands-on role focuses on executing campaigns, optimizing marketing programs, and contributing to pipeline growth. This position is ideal for someone with experience marketing to technical audiences and a strong operational focus.
What you will do:
- Assist in executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, paid media, email, content marketing, tradeshows, webinars, SEO, and ABM
- Support ABM and enterprise marketing initiatives, helping target strategic accounts and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to align campaigns with business objectives
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI, engagement, and pipeline metrics
- Help maintain marketing automation, CRM, and reporting workflows to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
- Support paid advertising, retargeting, and performance marketing activities
- Contribute to creative content, landing pages, and campaign assets to engage developer and technical audiences
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in SaaS, DevOps, or developer tools
- Experience marketing to technical audiences, ideally in DevTools, DevOps, or developer-focused environments
- Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs such as CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, and attribution
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Goal-oriented, detail-driven, and capable of delivering measurable results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Job Compensation Range
Salary Range: $160,000 - $250,000
Preferred Primary Location: San Francisco, California

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
