Job Description

We are looking for a trailblazing Demand Generation Manager to to drive pipeline growth for Order.co by:

  • Generating pipeline from marketing channels in Order.co’s core ICP and emerging industry verticals
  • Building Order.co’s ABM strategy across channels in alignment with SDR & AE team vertical strategy
  • Managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Gartner (Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp), LinkedIn Ads, media partners, and other networks deemed effective
  • Partnering with Order.co’s SEO & Content agency to drive top of funnel demand through organic search and LLMs
  • Owning conversion rate optimization and SEO of core website pages
  • Working with SDR & AE teams to optimize follow-up to accelerate pipeline
  • Collaborating with Order.co’s Growth Marketing Lead on lead/account nurturing, email, social, webinar, and content campaigns to drive demand
  • Advise on event marketing strategy as it supports ABM efforts
  • Reporting on results of campaigns and optimizing channels over time
  • Owing the pipeline goal for inbound and paid marketing channels

Qualifications

  • Please note, Order.co is based in New York, NY but this is a fully remote position reporting to Order.co’s Director of Revenue Marketing & Operations based in Chicago, IL.
  • Experience in paid search, SEO, and conversion rate optimization
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and other marketing automation tools
  • Interest or experience in marketing to retail, property management, hospitality, cannabis, healthcare, wellness, non-profits, and/or fitness
  • Interest or experience in marketing finance and/or operations software
  • Ability to execute marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
  • Capacity to effectively allocate resources, prioritize initiatives, and meet deadlines
  • Capable of working cross functionally to meet demand targets
  • Intrinsic motivation and an ability to work both independently as well as in a group setting
  • Default to curiosity, creative problem-solving, and hands-on learning

  • The anticipated pay range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 per year. Actual compensation and title will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
