The Campaign Manager will serve as an integral member of the Marketing team and be at the epicenter of a dynamic and essential part of the marketing function at a rapidly growing organization. You’ll be driving organization and orchestration to the demand generation campaigns to help drive the growth of Navan - the leading corporate T&E solution on the market. You should have strong planning, organization, and project execution skills, with the ability to learn and adapt on the fly.  

You understand the power of automation and AI and how it transforms marketing. You enjoy building workflows that improve efficiency, whether it’s research, optimizing processes, or streamlining campaign execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead monthly and quarterly Demand Gen Planning: Drive the planning and prioritization process for the marketing team, aligning strategy with tactical execution.
  • Manage and optimize integrated marketing campaigns and programs to reach prospects to drive sales-qualified leads and pipeline.
  • Work with the creative team to provide campaign concepts and campaign deliverables for full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline for the Sales team.
  • Own planning and execution of webinar programs.
  • Build landing pages campaigns leveraging our CMS.
  • Identify, build, and segment contact lists for outbound campaigns using internal tools, AI tools and intent data sources.
  • Assign targeted contact lists to BDRs and provide campaign context, messaging guidance, and campaign goals.
  • Build and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, working with Sales and SDR teams to engage and convert target accounts.
  • Use data and insights to optimize performance, running experiments and iterating on campaigns to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with partner teams to develop, optimize and execute joint marketing plans
  • Support outbound sales efforts, develop campaign enablement materials, conduct enablement, and provide regular sales updates to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Coordinate with Field Marketing in North America and EMEA to deliver on an integrated demand plan that includes both globally and locally executed programs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, B2B demand generation, digital marketing, strategy and operations 
  • Experience in hyper growth environments a strong plus
  • Highly results-oriented, organized and analytical with a bias for action
  • Ability to think strategically AND roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Effective at partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Executional excellence and program management
  • Able to consistently deliver on time and on budget
  • Expertise in, or ability to quickly learn, tools such as Marketo, Salesforce and Asana
  • High energy with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-pace environment
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven professional
  • Detail-oriented behavior and strong problem solving skills
  • Team player

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
