Description

Sinch is seeking a strategic and data-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving high-quality leads and generating demand through effective SEM campaigns, while ensuring that all paid media initiatives are optimized to deliver strong ROI. You will primarily focus on driving traffic and converting prospects through search engine advertising, leveraging data to optimize campaigns, and supporting growth in North America.

Responsibilities
  • SEM & Paid Media Strategy: Lead the development and execution of search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to drive high-quality traffic, optimize ad spend, and generate leads. Oversee all aspects of paid search campaigns, including keyword targeting, bid management, and budget allocation.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize SEM campaigns to meet KPIs and deliver strong ROI. Use paid media dashboards (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn) to track campaign performance and adjust tactics for improved results.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and make data-driven decisions for optimizing SEM strategies. Focus on KPIs such as cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Collaborative Content Strategy: Work with the content team to guide the creation of ad copy, landing pages, and any other content required for paid media campaigns to ensure alignment with overall campaign goals.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate and work with vendors and partners to expand reach and improve the cost-effectiveness of paid media campaigns.
  • North America Focus: Focus on driving SEM demand generation specifically within the North American market, understanding regional nuances, and adapting campaigns accordingly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing SEM/PPC campaigns and digital marketing strategies with a proven track record of driving high-quality leads.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, SEMrush, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, 6Sense, Microsoft 365, Asana project management software, and WordPress.
  • Strong expertise in SEM/PPC strategy, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data and key performance metrics.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, guiding content creation for campaigns while ensuring alignment with lead generation goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and strategy to internal stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinker with a focus on performance and results.
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Must be able to work hybrid work model out of Chicago, IL office

The annual starting salary for this position is between $95,680.00 - $110,000.00 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until 03/28/25 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
