We enable teams to have real-time visibility on jobsites to successfully schedule the right workers to the right projects, track equipment efficiently, and make well-informed, data-driven decisions for future projects.

About You

That’s enough about us. Let’s chat about you! To enable us on our growth trajectory, we’re searching for a collaborative, results-driven Demand Generation Manager who will spearhead our marketing strategies and drive our customer acquisition efforts. In this pivotal role, you will craft, execute, and optimize a comprehensive demand generation plan that not only reaches but exceeds our growth objectives. Your innovative campaigns and keen eye for data will fuel Assignar's pipeline, laying down the foundations for sustained success.

Day To Day, You Will:

  • Design and implement targeted, segmented, and personalized marketing campaigns and content aimed at generating and nurturing leads across various channels (email, social media, podcast, blog, webinars, content syndication, thought leadership placements, etc.). 
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure alignment on strategy, targeted accounts, messaging, and lead generation efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights to continuously improve ROI on marketing spend.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to maximize visibility and attract high-quality traffic to our website.
  • Lead and execute organic and paid social media strategy. Includes copywriting, content creation, performance monitoring, and community management.
  • Produce video content for case studies, product announcements, podcast episodes, advertisements, and more.
  • Guide brand positioning and leverage learnings from industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

You’ll Ideally Bring With You:

  • Proven track record in demand generation within a B2B environment, and applied account-based marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Expertise in marketing automation and CRM tools to streamline and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of crafting compelling messages for different audiences.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate, experiment, and execute on growth strategies.
  • Video editing and content creation skills for podcast episodes and social media (Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Ideally experienced with using Sprout Social, Marketo, Riverside.fm, Final Cut Pro, Descript, Motion Array, Canva, and Salesforce.
  • Meticulous proofreading and excellent time management.

  • Designers in the conception and creation of engaging content.
  • Agency partners to execute paid advertising.
  • Operations to track and optimize lead flow and nurture.
  • Sales team for alignment on campaigns, target accounts, lead generation tactics.
  • Product for insights on product and industry to inform campaign messaging.
  • Field Marketing to partner on demand-generating event programs.
  • Client Services to support expansion opportunities through targeted marketing efforts.
