Garner’s mission is to transform the healthcare economy, delivering high-quality and affordable care for all.

We are fundamentally reimagining how healthcare works in the U.S. by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare benefits using clear incentives and powerful, data-driven insights. Our approach guides employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care, creating a system that works better for everyone. Patients achieve better health outcomes, employers spend healthcare dollars more effectively, and physicians are rewarded for delivering exceptional care rather than performing more procedures.

Garner is one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in the country. Our products are trusted by the most sophisticated employers and providers in the industry, and we are building a team of talented, mission-driven individuals who are motivated to make a meaningful impact on healthcare at scale.

About the role:

Garner is seeking an exceptional Demand Generation Manager, Digital Programs to join our Marketing team. You will serve as the primary driver of our content-led engagement engine—webinars, organic social media, and content distribution—with a goal of turning brand engagement into a qualified pipeline. You are a multi-disciplinary marketer who can build repeatable programs, translate technical data into engaging formats, and ensure our flagship content reaches our audience wherever they consume information.

Where you will work:

This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

What you will do:
  • Digital Program Execution: Operationalize flagship content programs. Lead the operations, promotion, and distribution of webinars, ensuring maximum attendance and reach within target accounts
  • Content Distribution & Sales Enablement: Translate primary content into modular formats—including social-native clips and email snippets—while arming the sales team with social advocacy playbooks to build influence and engage prospects
  • Social Media & Audience Engagement: Manage brand social channels with a focus on LinkedIn. Maintain a consistent and authoritative brand voice while executing strategies to grow reach and leveraging AI tools to scale content production
  • Program Analysis & Reporting: Maintain a rigorous cadence of tracking and reporting across all digital programs. Monitor engagement signals and report on program-sourced pipeline and downstream sales impact
  • Integrated Campaign Support: Coordinate with the ABM and Performance teams to ensure digital programs are synchronized with our high-priority account targets and paid distribution efforts
The ideal candidate has:
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: 3+ years in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing, with proven success owning and optimizing content-led programs and social channels to drive pipeline
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, and webinar platforms. Experience with AI tools and the ability to leverage AI to scale content creation and repurposing is a plus
  • Analytical Rigor: A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies and optimized conversion paths
  • Collaborative Agility: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments through cross-functional alignment
  • Mission-Driven Focus: A genuine passion for fixing the American healthcare system through data-driven transparency
  • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.

Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Compensation Transparency:

The base salary range for this position is $96,000 - $135,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
