Who are we?

Sweep is the first agentic workspace for Salesforce and HubSpot. It brings business and technical teams into one visual layer, where AI agents document changes, analyze metadata, and surface system improvements in real time. Sweep also powers lead routing, deduplication, and automated alerts to keep GTM teams aligned, fast, and focused.

As the Demand Generation Leader, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy that supports our revenue and growth objectives. You are adept at crafting multi-channel campaigns, developing digital strategies that convert across the buyer journey, and using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.

You’ll lead our demand programs across paid media, email nurture, ABM, website optimization, and emerging platforms. You’ll work closely with sales, SDRs, and field marketing, and manage agencies and freelancers to scale execution while staying focused on outcomes.

What will you do at Sweep?

  • Develop and execute a demand generation strategy aligned to company pipeline and growth goals

  • Own and optimize paid media channels (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, review sites, etc.) to drive qualified pipeline

  • Own and manage website optimization efforts to improve conversion rates and lead quality

  • Build and scale email nurture and lifecycle programs that support full-funnel conversion

  • Lead targeted ABM campaigns in partnership with Field Marketing and Sales

  • Activate non-traditional channels (Reddit, Quora, influencer communities, etc) to tap into new audience segments

  • Collaborate closely with SDRs and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead flow, SLAs, and campaign feedback

  • Partner with field marketing to integrate campaigns with regional programs and events

  • Manage agencies, contractors, and freelancers across media buying, content, and campaign execution

  • Own and report on funnel metrics — from top-of-funnel engagement through to pipeline and closed revenue

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth or digital marketing

  • Proven ability to create and scale programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue

  • Expertise in paid media, marketing automation platforms and Salesforce

  • Experience leading and coordinating external agencies and freelancers

  • Highly analytical, with a strong grasp of funnel performance, attribution, and ROI optimization

  • Skilled at partnering cross-functionally with sales, SDRs, and operations teams

  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities

  • Budget ownership experience and a results-oriented mindset

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
