We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Growth Manager to manage our marketing campaigns on Sports and Prediction markets for Crypto.com.

This position involves managing and optimizing campaigns across demand generation programmatic media and streaming services, focusing on planning, executing, and refining high-impact strategies. The candidate will generate brand awareness and customer acquisition in a competitive and regulated market. 

Experience in similar roles in Sports business is necessary. We are looking for an initiative taker with a creative and experimental mindset, who can drive growth initiatives and campaign development across a variety of products and in an innovative space. This requires a curious and commercial mindset, with constant learning about new products and technologies, as well as the relevant audiences and user trends.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management & Optimization:
  • Develop, launch, and optimize campaigns on various platforms across Search, Social Media, Display and Video.
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI and user acquisition within defined target at the highest level of sophistication.
  • Customize creative and messaging to align with regional regulations, sports and events calendars, and user intent.
  • Utilize data to segment users by behavior, geography, interest, or device to enhance targeting efficiency and conversion rates throughout the client journey.
  • Integrate internal and third-party data sources to refine audience targeting and boost campaign performance.

  • Measurement & Reporting:
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, and platform-specific dashboards.
  • Produce comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), conversion rate, and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and compliance departments.

  • Compliance & Market Sensitivity:
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with state-level regulations and partner requirements.
  • Stay informed about legal landscapes, industry trends, and competitor activities within the Sports and Predictions sector.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in media buying across programmatic media and DOOH, with personal contact with the vendors
  • Strong commercial understanding and the ability to craft compelling messaging for user acquisition across web and app stores.
  • Adaptable and proactive, thriving in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Clear communication skills and efficient collaborative approach.
  • Proven track record managing acquisition campaigns with seven-figure budgets across multiple countries.
  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle within the Sports and Predictions sector.
  • Robust analytical skills with a performance-oriented mindset.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, compliance, and data teams.
  • Strong account management and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for Sports and Web3 technologies.
  • Personal interest in trading and investing across traditional and decentralized finance.
