Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Demand Generation Content Writer to develop compelling copy that drives qualified leads through our sales funnel. This role will focus on generating fresh email, blog, and social content, serving as the copywriting expert for our demand generation campaigns while collaborating cross-functionally to support pipeline growth and revenue objectives across our marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Write high-converting email copy, including nurture sequences, promotional campaigns, and automated drip series
  • Author SEO and GEO-driven blogs to drive more web traffic and engagement
  • Develop social copy for outbound prospecting, advertising, lead nurturing, InMail, and sponsored content
  • A/B test email copy, subject lines, and LinkedIn messaging to optimize performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure copy aligns with campaign objectives and brand voice
  • Research and analyze target audience messaging preferences and competitive copy strategies
  • Maintain email and LinkedIn copy templates, style guides, and messaging frameworks

Competencies

  • Exceptional copywriting skills with proven ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused copy
  • Deep understanding of email marketing psychology and direct response copywriting principles
  • Strong grasp of LinkedIn content strategy and B2B messaging best practices
  • Data-driven approach to copy optimization with experience in A/B testing and performance analysis
  • Ability to write in multiple tones and styles to match different buyer personas and campaign objectives
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple copywriting projects simultaneously

Qualifications

Education/Certification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in content marketing or demand generation

Required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a sales or marketing team environment
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of direct response copywriting and conversion optimization
  • Experience in B2B copywriting with focus on lead generation and nurturing
  • Proficiency in email and social media analytics platforms for copy performance measurement
  • This role requires up to 10% travel as needed

Preferred

  • Understanding of CRM functionalities (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Proficiency in Marketing tools (HubSpot & 6Sense)
