Summary
CSI is hiring a DDA Implementations Manager to lead a team responsible for converting deposit account data from legacy systems to CSI’s core banking platform. This is a dual-role position combining hands-on project execution with team leadership and mentoring. You’ll manage a team of approximately 10 team members, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality data conversions for financial institutions across the country. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results while supporting team growth and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and support a team of DDA Implementation Specialists
Assign and monitor tasks and project progress
Conduct regular 1-on-1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
Manage hiring, onboarding, and employee development
Approve time off, expenses, and oversee team capacity planning
Provide weekly updates to the Director of Implementations
Project Coordination & Oversight
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet project timelines and quality standards
Attend pre- and post-conversion calls, sales debriefs, and planning meetings
Review project documentation including specs, statements of work (SOWs), and updates
Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and special terms
Ensure proper documentation and reporting for each conversion
Conversion Execution
Analyze and map customer data from previous processors to CSI systems
Conduct data gathering and test review meetings with client banks
Set up Bank Control Records and balance test reports
Execute and document live conversions, mergers, and convert/merge events
Stay current on CSI application enhancements and DDA subsystems
Operational Tasks
Submit SMAIL requests for DDA statement print/render specs for each new bank conversion
Submit Task Tickets to retain SC Source Type downloads on Corpshare for 90 days
Send email requests to remove MoveIT access for SC Source Type after 90 days
Clean up Corpshare folders and remove bank data after the 90-day retention period
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Review weekly and monthly reports on team performance, task status, and project utilization
Maintain and improve conversion methodologies, documentation, and best practices
Participate in monthly manager meetings and CAP plan reviews
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience in banking or data processing
5–8 years of experience
Management within banking, financial services, or software industries
DDA applications and ACH processes
Service Charge routines, APA, Cash Reserve, HSA, Sweep, and Cash Management accounts
Deposit operations and core banking systems
Strong understanding of overall banking operations and peripheral systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
Willingness to travel up to 10%
