Within C-TIES, the Cloud & Data Hosting (C&DH) team serves as Pfizer's Digital Center of Excellence for cloud infrastructure. We're looking for a Delivery Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, delivery, and collaboration. In this role, you'll be a key player in translating business needs into actionable solutions-partnering with cross-functional teams to drive automation, streamline operations, and unlock new value.

What You'll Do:

Own and drive delivery milestones with clarity and confidence. You'll ensure every task is executed with precision, always keeping the end user in focus and value at the forefront.

Lead the evolution of collaboration hubs that are intuitive, audit-ready, and powered by modern AI tools. You'll make it easy for teams to find what they need-fast.

Champion process discipline while challenging the status quo. You'll identify friction points and reimagine workflows to be leaner, faster, and more user-friendly-without compromising compliance.

Use Power BI and other tools to analyze performance metrics, uncover insights, and guide smarter decisions. You'll help the team stay ahead of bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field-or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical or Business Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Foundational understanding of cloud and data center infrastructure, including compute, storage, and networking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, and Planner-tools you'll use daily to drive collaboration and insight.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated success in agile environments-collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in solving challenges.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Configuration Management, APIs, Automated Testing, and Documentation.
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools is highly desirable.
