🎯 What You'll Be Responsible For

📈 Generate New Business by identifying, prospecting, and developing relationships with new customers.

🤝 Build Trusted Partnerships by understanding each customer's operational challenges and delivering customized transportation solutions.

🚛 Sell TCI's Complete Portfolio including:

  • Dedicated Transportation

  • Fleet Leasing

  • Fleet Maintenance

  • Logistics Solutions

  • Transportation Services

📊 Develop Business Cases by evaluating customer operations, calculating cost models, and demonstrating measurable ROI.

💼 Lead Customer Meetings that uncover pain points, address objections, validate solutions, and establish clear next steps.

📋 Collaborate with Pricing & Operations to ensure every proposal is operationally sound and financially competitive before presenting it to the customer.

📱 Maintain Salesforce CRM Excellence through accurate opportunity tracking, detailed discovery notes, pipeline management, and forecasting.

🚀 Support Successful Customer Launches by partnering with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and long-term customer success.

📈 Manage Existing Accounts while identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen customer relationships.

✅ 5+ years of business development, transportation sales, logistics sales, or consultative B2B sales experience

✅ A proven ability to generate new business and close complex sales opportunities

✅ Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

✅ Experience leading customer discovery meetings and solution-based selling

✅ Strong analytical and financial thinking with the ability to communicate ROI

✅ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

✅ Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

✅ A self-starter mentality with strong ownership and accountability
