As a Deals - Financial Due Diligence, Senior Associate you will focus on strategic advice and business diligence services for clients navigating mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, with an emphasis on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and key deal issues within our Deals practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, build meaningful client connections, mentor junior team members, and manage assigned workstreams while developing your technical skills and business judgment. Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial statements, cash flow trends, and working capital drivers to support merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions

- Developing findings from detailed financial review and translating those findings into clear deliverables for client teams
- Managing assigned workstreams across deal diligence projects while balancing timelines, priorities, and shifting client needs
- Applying financial modeling, corporate finance, and valuation skills to support transaction analysis and recommendations
- Using data analysis tools and accounting knowledge to identify trends, exceptions, and key business issues
- Building meaningful client connections and responding to differing viewpoints throughout the engagement process
- Guiding junior team members by reviewing work, sharing feedback, and supporting technical development
- Upholding firm professional standards, independence requirements, and code of conduct expectations across all assignments
What You Must Have
