As a Deals - Deal Valuation - Experienced Associate you will support valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and other financial transactions, helping clients evaluate value and potential deal risks. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and project work, building your skills through research, analysis, and direct support of senior team members while adapting to changing client needs and a fast-paced environment. - Analyzing financial statements, transaction data, and market information to support valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring assignments
- Building and updating financial models, comparable company analyses, and discounted cash flow analyses using valuation methods and modeling tools
- Gathering information from client materials, public filings, and internal resources to support deal value assessments and risk considerations
- Preparing valuation support materials, presentation decks, and written summaries that translate technical findings into clear insights
- Applying quantitative finance, corporate finance, and market trend knowledge to assess deal structures and business value drivers
- Reviewing assumptions, inputs, and calculations for consistency across financial models and valuation deliverables
- Supporting client service teams by tracking project tasks, coordinating deliverables, and responding to changing transaction timelines
- Developing commercial awareness and technical skills through feedback, research, and participation in deal valuation workstreams
