Responsibilities:
- Review customer contracts, order forms, and amendments for accuracy and completeness, in partnership with Legal and Sales
- Validate contract language against company templates and standards
- Maintain accurate contract records and associated client subscription data in CRM/CLM systems
- Track contract redlines and maintain version control
- Identify opportunities to optimize deal desk and contract workflows
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Internship or prior experience in Finance or Business Operations preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Some experience with excel and document review
