Key Accountabilities:
- Shape GPD DD&T People transformation strategy aligned with GPD goals
- Drive the execution and adoption of DD&T People transformation strategy and initiatives
- Establish DD&T People transformation community
- Establish governance for DD&T people initiatives - Global, GPD, Functions and LOCs
- Drive innovation mindset and skills in collaboration with XD labs
- Co-create and drive change management to ensure adoption of digital tools, methodologies and ways of working and showcase successes
- Partner with GPD CoEs to define, align and implement people strategies. Work with Global to equip and support leaders to effectively champion and embed digital mindset and skills
- Overarching strategy alignment for Digital Dexterity
- Set and apply innovative learning methodologies and effective cascade of Global resources for targeted groups
- Establish KPIs and measurement framework to demonstrate impact.
- Track emerging trends in future of work, benchmarking industry best practices and identifying new opportunities for innovation
- Provide digital perspective on talent strategy, collaborate with HR to shape future skills to meet the evolving needs of the business
- Work closely with Global Culture & Transformation team, Change Mangement, workforce of the future and HR functions
Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant Degree or equivalent experience in organizational development or Digital transformation
- Extensive experience in driving Transformation, ideally in global matrix organization
- Enterprise Leadership - Ability to inspire, motivate and drive results. Define and implement people transformation strategies at scale, aligning with business priorities
- Healthcare and Business Acumen - comprehensive understanding of the pharma industry
- Innovation, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Communication and Stakeholder management
- Navigate complex matrix organisation - Collaborating across GPD, functions and LOCs to drive alignment
- Change management & Leadership Coaching - expertise in driving behaviour changes through structured change management methodologies and leadership Coaching
- Learning & development - skilled in defining key competencies, orchestrating learning pathways for key roles and measuring impact to ensure continuous workforce evolution
- Stakeholder management and influence - Strong ability to influence, collaborate and inspire diverse global teams and senior leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to translate strategy into action to drive cultural transformation
