Defining the full technical infrastructural environment of an IT solution.
Responsible for understanding and implementing business rules and requirements of the customer database in recurrent business where the demands and the specifications are well defined testing projects.
This role will be responsible for the incident ticket handling within the given SLA resolution times.
DB operations such as installation, upgrade, patching, data migration, refresh, export/import procedures are the main responsibilities for the role.

What You Will Do

What you will bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of Oracle Database administration experience.
- Linux experience is a must.
- Oracle Certified Professional is a plus.
- Daily operational tasks in Oracle DB such as migration, refresh, export/import, patching, fresh installation.
- Knowledge in MSSQL and Always on / windows clustering is a plus
- Solid understanding in TCP/IP networking technologies
- Nice to have experience in no-sql database systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and must be able to communicate effectively with customers
- Proactively create procedures to prevent and reduce the severity of outages
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues.
- Willingness to be constantly learning and have automation mindset.
- Good to have prior experience about automating daily database operational tasks via PL/SQL, Python or bash.
- Ability to develop and maintain clear and extensive documentation,
- No military obligation at least in 2 years
