The VideoAmp People Team is looking for a Strategic Total Rewards leader to cultivate the culture and growth for the business by establishing meaningful Total Rewards strategies to motivate all employees. This role will be the business liaison to oversee rewards strategies including compensation, bonus, equity and a pay-for-performance approach to motivating high performance. As an advisor to the business, you are passionate about all things data and tech, and have extensive knowledge and curiosity around the digital sector with the ability to dive deep into business segments to proactively solve problems. You have experience building organizations that are scalable, durable and strong through leveraging leading market and labor data, implementing strategies to retain, develop and promote our talent. You thrive by partnering, coaching and advising leadership and employees alike rooted in our Company Values. You have a ‘people first’ orientation in the way you navigate complex analytics and insights to further a productive work culture. Your communication style is direct yet approachable in order to establish focused action plans that make a difference for the business, team and individual alike. This role reports to the Vice President, Talent Management & Advisory and has the ability to be based in the Los Angeles or New York City area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the subject-matter-expert (SME) for people analytics and insights throughout the organization including reward systems to motivate desired outcomes to drive business results
- Design and implement new compensation philosophies and mechanisms to promote a consistent and equitable annual compensation review and reward allocation cycle
- Align reward strategies to talent and succession planning activities within aligned business functions as an input to executive level talent calibration reviews
- Experience establishing pay frameworks and leveling guidelines to promote career development that also rewards financial wellbeing and performance recognition
- Network of compensation and labor market experts to rapidly design tools that enable front-line leaders to attract, reward and retain top talent
- Ability to influence at all levels, including interaction with compensation committee members and senior leadership
- Thought-leader of next-in-class people techniques and willingness to explore experimental tactics and tailor plans to meet the needs of aligned businesses
- Ability to connect business-related priorities and strategies to organizational and functional areas in partnership with Chief People Officer and business leaders
- Partner with employee experience, learning & organization development, talent acquisition, workplace experience and senior leadership
- Work as a trusted advisor with every department at the company and support various teams
- Model and embed company values and manifesto in all activities, processes and mechanisms
- Bring a creative and innovative approach to strategic people rewards and measures at every stage of the talent lifecycle
- Measure everything that matters in order to use data to inform business priorities and holistic employee experience
- Provide superior hospitality to leaders and employees to constantly raise the performance bar
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with high-trust and strong personal judgement
- Serve as a trusted member of the People team and ambassador of the organization
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience leading compensation and benefits in leading-class organizations
- 5+ years of people analytics and insights experience creating and implementing surveys, dashboards and data-driven resources
- Experience making data-driven decisions and influencing through data insights and analytics
- Certifications in leading-edge human capital assessment tools, a plus (e.g. Korn Ferry / Lominger, DiSC, Firo-B, Emergenetics, MBTI, CCL and/or NeuroLeadership Institute methodologies, etc.)
- Proven partnership with both tech and non-tech functional leaders in addition to fostering close collaboration with People team subject matter experts (SMEs)
- College degree required with a focus in the areas of business, human resources or industrial/organizational design preferred
