FabFitFun is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Analyst to join our newly formed Style department! FFFStyle is a fashion concierge service that indulges our customers with a highly personalized styling service based in fit, price and lifestyle preferences.

In this newly created role, the Supply Chain Operations Analyst will develop and implement short and long term, data-driven strategies and best practices across inventory management, sourcing, and logistics, ultimately ensuring a world-class delivery experience for our customers.

 What you’ll do:

  • Forecast and Monitor of all inbound/outbound shipments
  • Problem-solve any backend order issues, set and maintain standards across pick/pack and returns
  • Oversee Receiving and assist in development of a reconciliation process for discrepancies in cooperation with the Buying team
  • Liase with wider FFF Operations team to develop long-term strategies built to scale across multiple fulfillment centers
  • Manage procurement of packing and shipping materials. Develop strategic relationships and partnerships with key materials vendors both domestically and internationally
  • Interact with Merchandising team to manage inventory turns, stockouts, and aged goods in order to ensure optimal product lifecycle
  • Report on key supply chain KPIs such as order fill rates, on time shipments, and storage space utilization.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Inventory Management
  • Bachelor’s degree with in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Mathematics/Engineering
  • Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models
  • Strong proficiency in analytical tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL and statistical software
  • Previous experience working with ERP and WMS systems (Netsuite, Finale, etc.)
