Within 30 Days You'll:
    • Attend ChowNow's New Hire Onboarding program
    • Meet with Revenue leadership to identify inefficiencies and gaps to document, streamline, automate, and maintain existing workflows for Revenue Operations.
    • Learn the ChowNow Marketing, Sales, and Partner processes/ methodologies and compensation structure
    • Become knowledgeable on ChowNow's Demand Generation tech stack that interacts with Salesforce and Marketo.
    • Take ownership of recurring and one off reporting and analytics to support Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing
    • Take ownership of the segmentation and list building for use by automation tools using internal and external data sources.

Within 60 Days, You'll:
    • Perform regular solution and deal analysis in order to support business initiatives.
    • Support Marketing and Sales rep Technical Onboarding and Off boarding
    • Effectively escalate new solution use-cases, outside of innovating the current approval processes.
    • Coordinate processes with Marketing-Ops, Sales, Partnerships, and Data teams to ensure proper lead assignment and prioritization based on territory, lead scoring, and lead source.
    • Maintain existing Sales and Marketing reporting
    • Work with Data and Analytics team to design and implement a new dashboard to show campaign influence and performance through the Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales processes in real time.

Within 90 Days, You'll:
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to launch a new segmentation analysis integrating 3rd party TAM Data.
    • Streamline and automate the process for non-standard deal approvals, such as thresholds and rules, exception alerting and communications, and tips/techniques and recommended workarounds.
    • Maintain pricing calculator and discounting templates.
    • Launch an Analyst Forum to coordinate reporting across Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Finance, Client Success, and DNA to develop a comprehensive set of definitions so that all departments are reporting the same way, based on the same data and using the same terminology.

You Should Apply if you have:
    • 3+ years of experience in an analyst or Operations role within one or more of the disciplines of Marketing, Sales or Revenue Operations.
    • Provided operational support in conjunction with Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
    • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Tableau
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Demonstrated that you are a proactive, creative, and results oriented individual
    • Data driven decision-making skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to foster & maintain strong partnering relationships with different teams
    • Ensured the accuracy of complex databases through auditing and reviews
    • Demonstrated that you are a positive team player and effective communicator with all levels of management across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional organizations
