MeUndies is a Los Angeles, CA-based underwear and loungewear company best known for its softer than soft basics. MeUndies is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Consumer Insights who is passionate about driving businesses growth through deep consumer and market analysis. You will execute key quantitative and qualitative research projects to help better understand our current and potential future customers and have the ability to think strategically. You’ll work closely with cross-functional team members in the design, development, and deployment of research projects. This role reports to the VP, Analytics & Consumer Insights.

 What You’ll Do :

  • Serve as the voice of the consumer in interactions with internal team members.
  • Manage and grow the Consumer Insights team.
  • Develop and synthesize insights into frameworks that inform company strategy and drive key business decisions company-wide.
  • Define and drive an integrated research strategy and plan to proactively provide a comprehensive view of the customer, market, and brand across our company.
  • Manage all aspects of recurring and ad hoc primary research, including partnering with key stakeholders to frame problems, designing research methodologies, implementing high-quality data collection, and analyzing results.
  • Combine primary research with internal customer data to synthesize insights and provide meaningful and actionable business recommendations.
  • Develop dashboards and presentations and evangelize results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors on key research projects with regard to sampling, fieldwork, quality control, quota management, analysis, reporting, etc.
  • Participate in short and long-term strategic planning for consumer research initiatives.

What You Have :

  • BA or BS degree in quantitative fields such as Business, Economics, Statistics, etc. A graduate degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • At least 8+ years of hands-on experience with consumer research, preferably at a market research supplier and/or a digitally-native DTC brand. Consulting background is a plus.
  • At least 2+ years of people management experience. 
  • Mastery of survey theory and hands-on experience using well-known survey and analysis tools such as Qualtrics.
  • Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SQL, SPSS, and Looker or Tableau is a huge plus.
  • Breadth and depth in executing in-house custom research across qualitative and quantitative methods - e.g. segmentation, brand tracking, concept testing, key driver analysis, NPS/customer satisfaction, syndicated data analysis, ethnographic research, etc.
  • Experience working with research vendors to deliver high profile projects on budget and on time.
  • Experience partnering with product, marketing, and UX teams.
  • Demonstrated success in presenting research findings to executive audiences and influencing strategy.
  • Top-notch writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude; comfortable with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Team player mentality - ability to work effectively across multiple projects and teams.
