We are looking for a talented, highly-motivated FP&A star!  This person will be responsible for owning the company financial forecast model, working with the Finance department and the executive team, including the CEO. This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills to model and evaluate the core business along with strategic/operational projects. The focus will be on accuracy, efficiency, workflow and analytical tools used by decision-makers across the company. 

This is an ideal position for a hard-working individual who has strong analytical experience and  has worked in FP&A, preferably for an eCommerce or marketplace company. Exceptional quantitative and financial modeling skills are required. The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a dynamic, start-up environment and is not afraid to roll up his/her sleeves to tackle challenging problems. Attention to detail for this role is paramount.

You Will:

• Manage the financial forecasting model; process integration and update monthly forecasts
• Analyze and track performance and compare to forecasts
• Build financial models to evaluate strategic new initiatives
• Monitor key business drivers, competitive environment, trends and operating metrics
• Develop insightful analyses for the executive and team leaders on critical business projects
• You will be the liaison between accounting and all other operating units of the business.  Must be diplomatic, good communicator, and someone who does what they say, and say what they do.

You Have:

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A (media/tech, ecommerce, or marketplace experience preferred)
• High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
• Expert Fluency with Excel/Google Sheets functions (pivot tables, vlookups, macros etc.)
• Expert Fluency in Quickbooks
• Working knowledge of Accounting & Finance.  Prior accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in creation of integrated cash flow projections, that mirror reality and has predictive credibility and value
• Fluency in SQL and BigQuery 
• Expertise in Tableau, Looker or similar dashboarding tool 
• Creative and curious, able to develop new and innovative solutions to complex problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive and be highly effective in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Ecommerce or marketplace business experience a plus
