SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST sought by FabFitFun, Inc. in West Hollywood, California.

 Duties: Conduct business data analytics requests using the internal data warehouse in Redshift, Microsoft Excel, Tableau and Looker. Analyze market strategies and build reports that will drive real-time business and marketing optimization decisions. Define reporting requirements in partnership with marketing team and translate into technical requirements to build a comprehensive analytics solution. Mine data and analytics at the customer level to gain a better understanding of their usage behaviors, including impacts of current marketing strategies. Build marketing DW ETL code using Python, Talend etc. for marketing analytics and for back end data model. Implement and reconcile marketing performance data from multiple media publishers and ad tech platforms to inform a comprehensive Media CPA analysis. Write ETL scripts in SQL to extract, transform and load marketing data into Amazon Redshift from multiple data sources. Design and develop dimension data models using Amazon Redshift. Collaborate with our data engineering and technical teams to ensure that our data is accurate in our databases. Responsible for the data systems specifically related to marketing analytics and be the go-to person for delivering impactful insights and data visualization. Build customer personal clustering models and lift models to identify right target customer for marketing campaigns. Build models using Python SciKit-leam, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy and other libraries. Build models in Amazon Sagemaker, Tensorflow for deeper customer segmentation and other analysis, such as Chum prediction.
