About the Role:
Account experience plays a vital role in the overall GoodRx growth strategy. Given past and current success, GoodRx is expanding its account experience efforts and is looking for a talented senior analyst to help drive that growth.
The Sr. Business Analyst will assist the Director of Business Intelligence in the strategy, optimization, and reporting of the account experience. In this role, you will partner closely with our Product, Data, Design, and Business teams to coordinate test plans, offer strategic insight, and provide timely results reporting to the organization. With these partnerships you will also help to enrich our data infrastructure and develop innovative new methods of measuring performance. We are looking for someone with a unique combination of technical skills and strategic thinking who can transform complex analyses into actionable insights. An ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, independent problem solver who is excited to dive into the details, ask questions, make recommendations, and drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop automated dashboards and reports to monitor business trends, identify optimization opportunities, and maintain a pulse on overall KPI health
- Brainstorm, size, and test growth opportunities in account experience
- Build proxy and forecasting tools to predict performance for different product-driven growth initiatives
- Support planning and measurement of tests (A/B, incrementality, pre/post)
- Collaborate with internal partners on brainstorming innovative measurement and attribution strategies and ultimately executing on those plans
- Better understand the registration funnel and how to optimize the experience for our users and improve registration conversion
- Provide clear direction and relevant communication to senior leaders and stakeholders regarding the account experience performance and communicate actionable insights on opportunities and next steps
- Must be able to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Management Science, Economics, Math, or other quantitative field
- 4-5+ years in strategy, analytics or finance role supporting multiple stakeholders
- Strong SQL proficiency with joins, case statements, subqueries/temp tables, cast/convert, etc.
- Self-starter attitude with the strong ability to work in ambiguity and come up with keen and innovative solutions for the business
- Data visualization skills (Looker, Tableau etc.)
- Strong Excel proficiency working across large data sets
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to interpret data to find insights and drive recommendations
- Predictive and statistical modeling experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
- Experience working with large datasets
Nice to Have:
- 4-5+ years in an analytics role at a high-growth company
- Experience working with CDP
