FabFitFun is looking for a Production Associate to join the Sourcing and Quality team at our West Hollywood HQ. Reporting to the Production Manager, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can support the production tracking process by working with several vendors and brands to receive and review standard WIP reports.

What you'll do:

• Support the production tracking process by working with brand partners to review production status and manage inventory.
• Ensure production schedule and delivery is on time across ECOMM Branded SKUs (approx 450 per cycle).
• SKUs will be split between available inventory and regular full production runs. Tracking ship dates required for available inventory, full WIP management for regular production runs.
• Support Production Manager with reporting by conducting data pulls from Salesforce & Grovesite. 
• Support all production reporting on a weekly cadence.
• Maintain calendar deadlines and escalate concerns to Production Manager.
• Manage communication for ECOMM WIP calls and understand logistics process and impact
• Proactively flag production issues to Production Manager across owned SKU list that will affect port ETAs in order for DC to plan receiving strategy accordingly. 
• Engage in weekly calls with ECOMM brands and vendors, discuss current status relating to logistical and delivery updates.
• Document all delivery related charge backs for Production Manager to review.
• Utilize weekly reporting resources to calculate chargebacks for all SKUs.
• Present seasonal chargeback report to Manager prior to leadership review.
• Working cross-functionally with the QC team to validate quantities for assigned SKU list to maintain on time delivery.
• Track WIP reports against QC inspection schedule to validate brand data and ensure on time delivery.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in production and supply chain management with a focus on cosmetic, cut & sew, or hard lines production. (Experience in both soft lines and hard lines is a plus) 
• High level of skill with Microsoft Excel with strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with domestic and international vendors.
• Experience using a PLM or retail system is a plus.
• Experience tracking production from PO creation to on time delivery.
• Superb attention to detail necessary for brand facing conversations and accurate data reporting
• Strong communication skills with cross functional teams
• General knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills and comfortable reviewing large portions of data and tracking to meet calendar deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work in multicultural environment.
