Product Analytics Lead As Part of our Product and Marketing Team

Enervee makes energy efficiency visible and actionable so that consumers can make energy smart purchases. Improving the efficiency of appliances, cars, equipment and devices are an essential piece of the coming clean energy transition. As our Product Analytics Lead you will own analytic roadmaps and team with product to establish definition, prioritization, and impact of new analytic initiatives. 

How you can make an impact

  • Consolidate analytic requirements and input from within the product management organization along with other stakeholders within client services, sales and marketing
  • Define and propose analytic products and capabilities through detailed analytic requirement documents
  • Define analytics best practices within a framework of reusability and scalability
  • Set success metrics for analytic initiatives and constantly monitor and evaluate initiatives for optimization and iteration
  • Work collaboratively to create analytic descriptions, acceptance criteria, and jira tickets
  • Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders on the roadmap and analytic priorities based on business goals, and keep communication ongoing as priorities shift
  • Work directly with development teams in scoping, testing and accepting user stories

What you bring to the team

You are a focused team player who possess and excel at the following:

  • 3+ years analytic product management experience with strong focus on developing analytic products in a B2B2C environment
  • Experience in a technical data role (e.g. data analyst or engineer), delivering data insights to stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile project delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban, Plan-driven) for analytic products ideally in a B2B2C environment
  • Strong project management and communication skills with ability to work closely with Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales 
  • Mac-savvy and proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and Google Apps
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, document, and discuss technical concepts
  • Experience in data-related programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, or R)

Bonus points:

  • Experience building and supporting third-party integrations
  • Experience with ecommerce and financial services
  • Experience with analytics and analysis tools like Segment and Looker
  • Experience working in the growth phase of a startup

Enervee is a remote-first, distributed team, located in 27 states. Our HQ is in the trendy Abbot Kinney Blvd, a mile long strip of the latest fashion, art and food. Venice, CA is known for its canals, beach, and ocean front walk - a 2.5 mile pedestrian promenade.
