About the Role
The Product Analyst will use data and insights to develop reporting and optimization for GoodRx Care, an online telehealth service. We are looking for someone with a comprehensive analytical toolkit and the ability to dive in and help drive product and marketing decisions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with cross-functional leaders in areas such as Growth, Product, Marketing and Data Engineering. You will develop analytical frameworks and insights to support strategic decisions for Marketing and Product. 

 Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, Marketing and Data Engineering teams to create actionable insights
  • Track and optimize customer conversion funnel for Online Doctor Visits
  • Build visualization dashboards for marketing reporting and optimizations
  • Conduct user cohort analysis and develop LTV modeling
  • Analyze A/B tests for new Product features
  • Use SQL and Excel to gather and organize raw data, conduct analysis and set up recurring and ad hoc reports
  • Partner with the data engineering team to procure all necessary data elements

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in an analytical role
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
  • High SQL, Excel, and Power Point proficiency
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners by leveraging data and insights
  • Management consulting, or business intelligence / analytics experience at another technology firm
  • Prior experience working with product, marketing, and conversion metrics
  • Data visualization skills (Chartio, Amplitude, Looker, etc.) 
  • Experience with Google Analytics
