Responsibilities:
- Provide field leadership in strategy, development and execution of BlackLine's channel program for professional services
- Drive the design and delivery of consulting, implementation, onboarding, training and integration of our services partners
- Execute strategic alignment between BlackLine and its partners on field services enablement, training and quality management of customer engagements
- Collaborate, design and improve partner service delivery programs; define and implement partner implementation approach, ensuring cohesion and quality to Blackline's professional services standards
- Identify and analyze key partners with specific solution or regional skills that will enable BlackLine to scale and grow to serve more customers
- Promote and advocate partner's value proposition within BlackLine
- Collaborate with Blackline Alliance Channel and Enablement teams to deliver an onboarding and education program designed to prepare partners to deliver professional services to BlackLine customers
- Become a strategic business partner to the internal field team by presenting business growth opportunities, leading discussions and formulating solutions to drive partner growth and profitability
- Analyze partner projects to track health and plans; perform quality control on systems of record
- Analyze resource requirements and allocations for partner projects and ensures consistency and alignment on implementation methods
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Up to 25% travel
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-tech professional services role, with at least 2 years of experience in a SaaS environment
- Experience in analyzing channel services programs with partners and global Systems Integrators
- Demonstrates strong advocacy on behalf of customers and services partners to deliver the customer's desired outcome
- Comfort with building strong relationships at all levels of the customer and partner organizations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to communicate professionally with partners, customers and internal teams
- Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and analytical kills
- Process-oriented, analytical and seeks to constantly assess and implement improvements
- Experience with ERP or Financial Accounting software preferred
- MBA or equivalent experience desired, but not required
