About the role and about You:

As the NetSuite Business Systems Analyst, you will come from a strong NetSuite background who has experience working in tandem with the Finance and IT teams.  You will be responsible for assisting with maximizing NetSuite’s capabilities.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for financial applications through NetSuite and be able to communicate those functionalities to global stakeholders
  • Assist with the NetSuite implementation in 2021
  • Serve as the main point of contact for business functions and be the first line of support for any questions or issues
  • Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues
  • Connect the holes and gaps across the business and various systems integrated within NetSuite
  • Troubleshoot system process and issues within NetSuite
  • Assist the Finance team with maximizing NetSuite's reporting capabilities, creating custom reports and dashboards effective to business operations
  • Analysis of business and financial data by utilizing NetSuite ERP system and MS Excel
  • Partner with the Finance and IT teams to create effective and efficient workflows within NetSuite

What we’re looking for:  

  • 3+ years of functional experience with NetSuite ERP
  • Strong financial background and understanding of financial modules
  • Extensive experience with core software applications, including NetSuite Reporting and Analytics
  • Solid analytic and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and facilitation skills
  • Self-motivation, proactive and willingness to learn with a strong sense of accountability and a proven track record of delivering results

Bonus points:

  • Certified in SuiteAnalytics
  • NetSuite fixed asset and inventory module.
