Market Research Analyst
We are in need of a Market Research Analyst who can help support their team in researching and identifying the best areas for our clients to dominate their market. It’s your job to set up user testing tasks on various platforms and analyze the results that come from the studies that are set up. You will work closely with your team lead in preparing various reports and reference materials for Project Managers regarding their perspective verticals.
Research conducted will cover topics pertaining to the fields of: healthcare, franchise, legal and home services. Studies will also be performed on mobile vs. desktop usability best practices, general website functionality, and UX preferences. It’s your job to figure out what consumers are interested in and which will ultimately lead to our clients’ success. You will be counted on to make recommendations based on accurately researched market data.
This job requires a blend of analytical and interpersonal characteristics. You must be able to analyze data, as well as compose and present reports. You should have an innate desire to keep current on the latest trends in regards to web design and best UX practices. At the same time, you may be required to communicate with clients and explain the importance of this research and how it impacts them on a practical level.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Etc.
- Researching, compiling and reporting on market data & trends
- Creating surveys, questionaries’ & polls helpful.
- Utilizing statistical & reporting software.
