FabFitFun is looking for a Junior Analyst (Supply Chain & Operations) to join our growing Operations Team. In this data-driven role you will support various departments revolving around Operations including Warehouse, Sourcing, Style, Customer Service, Finance & Accounting. This role is based in our Los Angeles office, but will require travel to our Chino Warehouse location as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Gathering, cleaning and manipulating data from various systems (ShipStation, Finale, HighJump). Fulfill data requests utilizing Microsoft Excel, Looker or SQL
• Analyze transaction & labor data and build weekly/monthly reports that summarize the efficiency of various processes at our warehouse 
• Partner with the Style Operations Manager and lead all reporting and KPI needs of FabFitFun’s Style Fulfillment Team
• Design reports & dashboards for various projects, providing accurate and useful points and charts to assist in management decision making
• Oversee master data clean-up & validation tasks in our WMS Software
• Support the Operations Team with administrative HighJump Tasks such as user account setup & maintenance, troubleshooting issues with purchase orders, page modifications
• Compile monthly Operations Department presentations to Senior Leadership
• Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for processes & reports executed in the Operations Team
• Be flexible to work on various ad-hoc projects as needed at the Corporate Office or at our warehouse in Chino, CA

What You’ll Bring:

• You love data, know how to work through it, and have a strong desire to learn more
• You are excited to learn in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• 0 – 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Data Analytics
• 1 – 3 years of previous intern or part-time experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a focus on Business, Supply Chain or Engineering
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (Sorting/Filtering Data, Pivot Tables, Lookups, Charts)
• Experience writing SQL queries
• Experience with ERP and/or WMS software is a plus
• Experience with Business Intelligence Platforms (Tableau, Looker etc.) is a plus
• Strong sense of urgency, with ability to find solutions quickly and independently
• Strong organizational skills including high attention-to-detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
