What we are looking for…

We’re looking for a cross-functional team member who would work with both the Listings and Revenue Management teams on optimizing OTAs. This person would have a strong background in channel marketing and also finance. This person must be an highly analytical thinker and self-doer, able to utilize existing tools available to make high level decisions for both teams. Experience in the travel/hotel/STR industry is a must.

What you'll do...

• Price parity analysis across OTAs: Taxes and fee flow, identifying discrepancies in guest total vs payouts; Experience working with channel managers
• Optimizing OTAs: Property, market, and portfolio level OTA performance analysis; Managing promotions and other in-platform tools; Managing commissions scaling to drive performance 
• Impressions and conversions tracking : Driving educated decisions on the creative front (photo swaps, title changes); Inputting and tracking data in Quicksite, SQL skills a plus
• Reputation management performance analysis: Tracking ratings and reviews across OTAs to implement rate adjustments
• Photo AB testing: Working with engineers on AB testing to identify performance metrics; Product management experience a plus
