About This Role:

We are looking for a Compensation and Performance Analyst to join our Sales Operations team here at Emotive! 

How You Will Contribute:

  • Create and maintain commission plans and quotas as needed.
  • Verify Salesforce booking data and calculate qualified deals for commission payout
  • Manage the commissions system, ensuring accuracy of commission plans, data, and updates to the tool and plans.
  • Report on sales performance for manager,  executive, & board level reporting.
  • Create & Maintain Salesforce Dashboards 
  • Be the point of contact for sales with commission related questions or concerns.
  • Communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gather Requirements and analyze needs for projects pertaining to compensation and performance analysis including research for a compensation tool.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
  • Other duties as required.

Skills You Will Bring:

  • 2+ years of work experience preferably in Sales Compensation or Sales Operations role
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent planning, organizational, time management, and documentation skills
  • Experience with a CRM preferably Salesforce
  • Experience and comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Office particularly Excel
  • Experience managing commission software & language for that software (CaptivateIQ, Performio, Obero, etc)
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and troubleshoot.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations to all levels of the company.
