The work: 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop intuitive dashboards and visualizations in Palantir Foundry.
  • Brief senior client executives, presenting insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.
  • Participate in Agile Sprint ceremonies to support iterative development and timely delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members to support their skill development.
  • Travel occasionally to Vandenberg, CA for on‑site client engagement.

Here is what you need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • US Citizenship
  • Active Secret clearance 
  • Experience collaborating directly with clients in a data‑focused role.
  • Proficiency in exploratory data analysis and translating findings into dashboards or visual outputs.
  • Ability to clearly communicate insights to senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile Sprint processes.
  • Experience supervising, mentoring, or guiding team members.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred experience:

  • Experience with the Palantir Foundry platform.
  • Strong data storytelling and visualization skills.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring teams (beyond required level).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Additional exposure to Agile methodologies.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$103,200—$196,400 USD
