Job Summary:

What You Will Do:
- Analytics-based research supporting project teams.
- Use programming languages such as SAS or Dataiku to build models and develop solutions to business problems.
- Build and support predictive analytics including forecasting solutions.
- Develop foundational reporting to support key Integrated Logistics functional groups.
- Create Power BI dashboards for reporting and exploratory analysis.
- Develop ad-hoc data analysis, data processing, and data visualization.
What You Have (Required Skills):
- Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a development project.
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
- Query and Database Access Tools: Knowledge of data management systems; ability to use, support and access facilities for searching, extracting and formatting data for further use.
What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering with quantitative and technically challenging coursework
- Knowledge of basic statistical approaches and/or data management techniques
- Experience with analytical and statistical modeling and analysis tools like Python, R, SAS, and/or SQL
- Experience with data visualization and analytical software like Power BI or Tableau
- Demonstrated experience working in MS Office Suite of programs
- Experience utilizing quantitative analysis
- Experience in machine learning models and/or deep learning (AI) using tools like Python, R, and/or Dataiku
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively verbally with digital media and concepts using data visualization
- Experience in automation tools such as Power Automate or Excel VBA
- Enthusiasm for big data processing, research, analytics, and problem solving
- Demonstrates teamwork, initiative, and interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills
