We are expanding our services and looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with backend experience to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development of our intelligent, data-driven backbone infrastructure.

 

Responsibilities:
A successful Data Scientist will:

- Develop end-to-end models using automated data pipelines from our cloud data warehouses.

- Evaluate business opportunities through analysis of internal dashboards and collaborate with executives to design and implement A/B tests for portfolio optimization.

- Effectively communicate business objectives and solutions to executives and collaborate closely with technical peers.

- Work in conjunction with the tech team to enhance data infrastructure and streamline workflows.
- Evaluate situations proactively and identify opportunities to enhance processes and outcomes. You are self-motivated, take initiative, and work effectively without constant direction. 

 

Requirements:

 

- Previous experience in end-to-end model development and deployment with automated data pipelines.

- Proven expertise in designing and implementing A/B tests, including multi-target metric analysis.


- Strong programming skills with hands-on production experience in Python. Experience with PHP or similar languages is a plus.

- Exceptional communication skills, both technical and non-technical.

- Proficiency in SQL.
