About the Role
We're looking for a Data Product Manager to own data-driven product initiatives across our derivatives business. This is a 12 months contract where you'll drive measurable improvements to trader engagement, conversion, and product experience — from insight to shipped feature.
This is a full-time fixed-term (12 months) remote contract position. Contract extension may be possible, but cannot be guaranteed. You do not need to be based in the indicated locations and may be located anywhere across APAC time zones.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven product initiatives/campaigns for Derivatives such as futures, TradFi etc. From problem definition to delivery and post-launch iteration
- Analyze trading and user behavior data to surface trends, quantify opportunities, and turn them into a prioritized feature roadmap
- Design data-informed trading experiences that improve engagement, conversion, and retention
- Partner with Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, Compliance, and other teams to execute and ship
- Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive continuous optimization based on data and user feedback
Requirements
- 2+ years in product management, data analysis, or a closely related field, with a track record of shipping data-driven products
- Solid understanding of derivatives trading mechanics; crypto derivatives experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills across data analysis, user insights, and business intelligence — comfortable working independently with large datasets
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable product decisions and measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; experience leading cross-functional collaboration
- Bilingual English/Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
