About the Role
As a Data Insights Analyst at Ingram Micro, you’ll be a key player transforming how we use data to drive strategy, optimize performance, and enhance customer experience. Using the powerful AWS data tools, and a variety of external sources, you’ll help shape the future of our business by delivering insights that spark action and measurable results.
What You'll Do:
- Provide smart, actionable insights to Sales and Category teams to power up campaigns, upselling, and cross-sell activities — then track their success.
- Analyze complex data sets from AWS data to uncover patterns, trends, and new opportunities.
- Build and maintain easy-to-use dashboards and reports to visualize business health, performance metrics, and KPIs.
- Create reports using various reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel; experience with AWS Cost and Usage Reports (CUR) is a plus.
- Forecast sales, customer behaviors, and market trends using predictive analytics models.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Work side-by-side with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and IT teams to turn business needs into data-driven strategies.
- Continuously propose improvements backed by reliable, well-explained data insights.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role, ideally in technology, eCommerce, or platform-based businesses.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) plus at least one year of role-specific work.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, and familiarity with AWS data sources.
- Experience working with or interpreting AWS CUR structure and cost data preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed
- A sharp analytical mind and a passion for turning complexity into clarity.
- A self-starter attitude — you love solving problems, learning, and growing every day.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- A natural curiosity to stay ahead of industry trends, analytics techniques, and emerging data technologies.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $74,400.00 - $119,100.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
