Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and administrative systems. This position is fully remote, requiring a reliable computer setup, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in various company systems and databases
Review documents for accuracy and completeness prior to entry
Maintain data integrity by identifying errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
Perform routine data audits to ensure information is up-to-date
Communicate with team members to obtain additional information as needed
Organize and maintain digital files and records
Generate simple reports and summaries upon request
Follow company procedures, confidentiality rules, and quality standards
Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines
Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM preferred)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, etc.)
Comfortable learning new software and digital tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace
