We are now looking for a highly motivated and skilled Mid/Senior Data Engineer / Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for uncovering insights, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions that drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Develop predictive models to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing routine checks and validations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and visualization tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role (at least 3 years).
- Knowledge of data modeling methodologies and Data warehousing practices
- Design and implement data integration solutions, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, into Data Lakes or Data Warehouses using modern cloud-based platforms
- Develop and maintain robust, well-structured data models to support effective data analysis and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Analytics, Power BI) and Azure Machine Learning
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques is a plus.
