As a Data Enablement Coordinator, you will support the effective use and management of data across the organization. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate data processes, monitor data quality, and help ensure that systems and reporting tools are supported with reliable information. This position is well-suited for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving data workflows in a collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
This role will work closely with the Senior Data Manager, Data Manager and department partners to understand data needs and challenges. They will ensure the organization's data is up-to-date, clean, and usable. While the Senior Data Manager oversees the overall data strategy and decision-making, the Data Enablement Coordinator will focus on the day-to-day operational tasks that enable effective data management.
  • Data Entry and Maintenance:
    • Entering and updating data in databases, CMS tools, and other data repositories
    • Cleansing and standardizing data to ensure consistency and accuracy
    • Resolving data discrepancies and errors
  • Data Quality Assurance:
    • Performing regular data quality checks and audits
    • Identifying and rectifying data quality issues
    • Ensuring adherence to established data quality standards
  • User Support:
    • Responding to user queries and requests related to data access and usage
    • Troubleshooting data-related issues faced by users
    • Providing guidance and training on data tools and processes
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Documenting data processes, procedures, and workflows
    • Creating regular reports on data operations and data quality metrics
    • Maintaining up-to-date documentation for data systems and tools

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
  • 2+ years' professional experience in a data enablement or related data role
  • Working knowledge of databases, data warehouses, data integration, and CMS tools
  • Experience with data management, cleansing, standardization, and quality assurance processes
  • Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Genuine interest and passion for working with data and an eagerness to expand skillset
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Patient and approachable; able to convey complex concepts to a variety of business users clearly
  • Familiarity with Airtable, marketing platforms, and digital marketing channels is a plus
