Qualifications

· BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or related technical field or equivalent experience is required

· Experience developing enterprise solutions. Possible skills: Big Data, Java, J2EE, Hadoop, Mongo DB

· Excellent understanding of deployment strategies for distributed and multi-tiered applications.

· Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies and OO development concepts.

· Minimum 10 years of experience as a software developer, focusing on web application development.

· Strong communication skills within a team environment.

· The ability to grasp complex requirements and specifications, then break them down for the purpose of implementation.

· The ability to effectively and efficiently manage and prioritize tasks and the tasks of others.

· Translate the Business roadmap into architecture/ Technology roadmap, ensuring that Technology balances the short and long-term business needs with short and long term technological realities
