As Data Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing data related to marketing performance and monetisation effectiveness. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data manipulation and visualization, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in both product and marketing analytics, enabling them to support cross-functional teams in making data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate marketing campaign performance, providing insights into effectiveness and ROI
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both product monetisation and marketing performance teams
  • Extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to optimize product features and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with product monetisation managers and marketing teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Perform customer segmentation analysis to better understand user behavior and target marketing efforts
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance user experience and increase customer engagement
  • Utilize statistical methods and tools to identify and predict trends in product usage and market response
  • Communicate findings and insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in product and marketing analytics

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on both product and marketing analytics
  • Understanding of user acquisition and monetisation strategies (w2w, w2a, app, etc.) as well as in-app purchases analytics
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Jupyter Notebook) and languages such as Python, R, or similar
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights
  • Experience with segmentation and predictive modeling is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Google Cloud is a plus
  • Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
