- Independent contributor to multi-person analytics teams.
- Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products.
- Demonstrates knowledge and ability to handle issues independently.
- Act as a project lead on complex and visible projects.
- Locate and obtain data from various internal and external sources.
- Rapidly iterate on new ideas and debug issues.
What You Will Have:
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ability to develop methods and utilize tools to ensure error-free automation.
- Effective Communications: Ability to communicate with all levels of the business simplifying complex data to assist business partners and decision makers. Capacity to adapt documents and presentations for the intended audience.
- Business Data Analysis: Ability to collect required business data through various data sources and apply data analysis techniques to establish, modify, and maintain business data structures.
- Product Design and Development: Assists in building a complex prototype of product.
Considerations For Top Candidates:
- 2+ years of business insights and automation related experience preferred
- High interest in developing and growing skills and learning about the business
- Exposure to specific organizational tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Knowledge with programming languages such as Python and R preferred
- Good statistical analysis skills desired
- Technical background using datasets in SQL
- Interest for applying statistical methods and forecasting models.
