What You’ll Do   

The Data Analyst will work across the organization to support new and ongoing analytical initiatives. This person will be a member of a highly experienced and passionate team and will play a key role in defining the future of the organization. The Data Analyst’s primary focus will be supporting and advancing enterprise-wide analytics and operational performance. You will work closely with Strive Leadership and market stakeholders, as well as the broader Analytics team to develop a robust suite of analytics. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Research, hypothesize and develop analytical approaches for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets, particularly in healthcare claims & lab data. 
  • Conceptualize and design innovative models to assess viability of new and ongoing initiatives and clinical programs. 
  • Collaborate with team members from clinical and market operations to identify data driven opportunities to add value to existing partners. 
  • Design and build self-service dashboards to measure performance and assist in directing team’s efforts towards initiatives with the largest impact. 
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to determine opportunity for meaningful Enterprise-wide KPIs. 
  • Identify, communicate, and lead the resolution of data gaps that impede the fulfilment of operational reporting and oversight. 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.  
  • 1+ years of data analytics experience. 
  • Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms.   
  • Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Healthcare analytics experience strongly preferred. 
  • Working knowledge of analyzing medical claim, lab data, EMR data and clinical data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools; AWS experience a plus. 

 

About You 

  • Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  

 

Annual Base Salary Range: $66,000 - $77,000
