We’re scaling rapidly and have a growing pipeline of opportunities that demand exceptional talent across disciplines. Our mission is to bring on individuals, from creative producers to technical experts to entrepreneurial leaders, who can help us realize this next chapter of growth.
We are a company of doers. Leaders roll up their sleeves, teams work flat, and everyone contributes to what ships. Titles don’t insulate us from feedback or basics. We invite critique, learn quickly, and keep raising the bar. The best ideas win here, no matter where they come from, because clients trust us to deliver the strongest outcomes every time.
Our clients’ missions, products, and bottom lines are sacred. We immerse ourselves in their world, becoming stewards of their goals and partners in solving big problems. Every product, strategy, or asset we create must be both beautiful and functional; practical, usable, and designed for real-world impact.
Humans are our most valuable resource, and we only grow by hiring people who push us forward. Across strategy, engineering, design, data, and operations, we seek out teammates who raise the bar and make us better. Always hire up, never down.
We partner with organizations of all sizes to explore, design, and implement AI strategies that are secure, scalable, and human-centered. We believe AI should amplify human potential, not replace it and we build with that conviction in every engagement. From advisory and tooling to implementation and education, we meet clients where they are at and help them integrate AI in ways that align with their mission and values. Our goal is to empower teams to work smarter, move faster, and unlock new possibilities through thoughtful, responsible innovation.
And through it all, we lead with purpose, love, and adventure. We do meaningful work with people we care about, and we make the ride an adventure worth taking. Because at Human Agency, who we are and how we work are one and the same.
Role OverviewWe’re seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of analytics and design—someone who can make complex data not just functional but beautiful. The ideal candidate is an expert in Tableau, Google Analytics (GA4 + Tag Manager), and Looker, and has recent hands-on experience building interactive dashboards and data workflows that drive clarity and insight.
You’ll work closely with our internal marketing and product teams to design dashboards and measurement systems that illuminate user behavior, product performance, and marketing outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who’s been deep in the tools—building, experimenting, and iterating—not just managing others who do.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, design, and deploy end-to-end Tableau dashboards, from data pipeline creation through visualization and delivery.
- Build and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines across multiple data sources, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance.
- Configure and optimize data joins, relationships, and data models within Tableau and supporting databases.
- Create custom dimensions, calculated fields, and KPIs to meet specific business reporting needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Build and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) instances, including event configuration, conversions, and user property tracking.
- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate tagging, data collection, and analytics integration.
- Develop Looker Studio dashboards and visualizations to supplement Tableau reporting and support marketing and performance teams.
- Perform data validation, QA, and documentation of sources, definitions, and dashboard logic.
- Continuously optimize data processes and dashboards for performance, usability, and automation.
- 3 - 8 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar analytical role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, including data modeling, calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, and dashboard actions.
- Proven experience building Tableau dashboards from scratch, including data prep, joins, blending, and publishing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases and data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement GA4 tracking setups, including events and conversions using Google Tag Manager.
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards in Looker Studio with multi-source integrations.
- Strong understanding of data governance, validation, and quality assurance principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and executive teams to define metrics and KPIs.
- Bonus: Experience with Python or R for data transformation, and familiarity with APIs for automated data ingestion.
- Experience with other visualization tools or data pipelines (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)
- Background in marketing analytics or product analytics environments.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience. Rate can vary based on location.
