Job Description

Based in Huntington Beach, CA, we are looking for an entry-level, full-time team member to support our strategists and senior leaders with data-driven insights and presentations. This is a full-time in-office position.  Compensation is $65,000 to $75,000 annually.

In this role, you’ll learn how to use marketplace research tools and develop the analytical foundation needed for a career in strategy, consulting, or marketing. You will work closely with senior team members and be a key contributor in developing insights that shape client growth strategies.

Qualifications

These skills will be needed to do the job:

  • A degree in Statistics, Computer Science  or similar fields
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel (modeling, analysis, dashboards) Skills & ETL processes to build multi-layered models
  • Ability to assess and qualify research needs
  • Clear, concise communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and convert them into data-driven decks (PowerPoint/Keynote) to provide a point of view on the results
  • Familiarity with tools like MRI/Simmons, Nielsen/IRI, Sprout Social, Claritas, Global Web Index, & Helixa
  • Interest or basic knowledge of AI
  • Exposure to marketing, consulting, or business strategy environments
  • Experience in Python, R, SQL
