How you'll LEAD:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze various datasets to provide insights into listener behavior and engagement. You will work closely with our commercial, marketing, and digital teams to inform release strategies and improve our connection with fans.
How you'll CREATE:
- Analyze data from various sources, including streaming platforms, social media, and sales data, to understand listener behavior and trends.
- Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to listener engagement and social media metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Conduct audience segmentation analysis to identify key demographics and target audiences for artists.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and music consumption.
Bring your VIBE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Passion for music and familiarity in music industry trends.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role in the music industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Python experience is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
