About the Role:

Crexi is looking for a Data Analyst to drive a deeper understanding of our users, product, and business. This role owns and leads analytical projects using various data sources and influence business outcomes by recommending cross-functional solutions. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of a broader operational team that will play a key role by: defining KPIs, analyzing growth strategies, owning the creation of dashboards that will highlight actionable insights, and serving as an expert on Crexi’s data.


What You’ll Do 

  • Work cross-functionally with all departments including: Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Finance
  • Partner closely with the user acquisition team to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns based on actionable data insights
  • Own traffic reporting, attribution methodology, and acquisition forecasting
  • Maintain unit economic reporting for user acquisition (CPA, LTV, ROAS)
  • Analyze and interpret data from digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.)
  • Work closely with Product to gain a deep understanding of users, engagement, conversion, and retention through multivariate testing and exploratory analysis
  • Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Work proactively to identify trends and provide actionable insights that will drive value for the company
  • Stay up to date on tooling and be willing to self-direct learning and development of new methodologies


Who You Are 

  • 4+ years experience in an analytical role, ideally with user acquisition experience
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Framiliar with product analytics (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude)
  • Experience with a BI tool such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks)
  • Strong Excel, Powerpoint and Office Suite competency
  • Experience calculating marketing and unit economic metrics (CPA, LTV, ROAS)
  • Persuasive communicator and effective in soliciting and accepting feedback
  • Passionate about problem-solving, understanding trends, and forecasting, with a willingness to learn new tools/methodologies
  •  

Pluses: 

  • Prior experience with programming using tools such as Python, R, Matlab, SPSS or SAS
  • Prior statistical modeling, data science, and predictive analytics experience
  • Prior CRM/Lifecycle Marketing experience (Salesforce, Iterable)
  • Experience with A/B testing and other optimization methods
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in our Playa Vista, California location is $102,000 to $145,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry, education, geographic location, etc. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc (“Crexi”) is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
