What You'll Do:

• Analyze and interpret customer data
• Monitor and report on market trends
• Support data-driven decision making
• Develop and maintain insightful dashboards or one-time views
• Identify and evaluate commercial opportunities
• Optimize customer journeys
• Develop strategies to improve player onboarding, engagement and retention

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in a data analysis or customer insights role
• Understanding of customer behavior and segmentation techniques.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
